Stunning Y2K Dani max dress

This is my moms dress from probably 20 years or so ago. Great condition she only wore it once though there may be some loose threads here and there. No size tag that I saw so please see measurements. I usually wear a 10-12 and D cup bra and I can get it on it’s just too snug on me for my liking so maybe a size 8? This is just my opinion so again, please see measurements I want you to love your new item. Dress has some stretch. may be some loose threads here and there (I never consider a used item to be 100% flawless but there isn’t anything I noticed) Please see all photos for condition and measurements.
