@samantha25t Hi. Waist laying flat measures approx 12". There is elastic in the back so there is some stretch there. If I measure the bust from the side seam to side seam, it is 12" but that would be tying the bust tight. There is alot of room for adjustment/size with the front opening being adjusted and the back also having smocking type stretch. I added the last pick with measurement as I have it tied at the moment. @samantha25t Inseam is approx 33". From the Waist to hem is around 43". I am the same. I am only 5'3" and platforms are my best friend. 😅
