modalife77 @clasechic hi, I just changed a listing a bit. It’s no longer NEW, it has been worn a few times, but just like you in perfect condition the top portion is not stretchy, 13 inches in diameter , the top of this boot will be in the middle of your calf . Not sure what king of leather it is.
