Vintage Hand Painted Ceramic Floral Cameo in a Antique Gold-tone Frame

Victorian style framed floral brooch. I believe the center to be ceramic with hand painted flowers. Signed by the artist - Ruth This lovely floral cameo is framed on an antique gold-tone metal frame. The brooch can be worn as a pin or pendant. The frame creatures leaves and flower design. Approx size 2 1/2” x 1 3/4” Good condition. The pin mechanism done wiggle, but seems firmly attached. Vintage jewelry has been loved and used, because items are older they may have wear due to age, use and storage. Any obvious flaws will be mentioned or will be visible in pictures.
