Ladies Dressy Blouse, Korean writing on brand tag, Google Translate app says "Colorful Feathers". Tag says L but it may be a Petite in the USA. Please see measurements photo. Colors: Sage & White; Zipper opening in back. Fabric: Appears to be Polyester or Rayon Blend. Measurements: See last photo Flaws: 1) the button on the neck is wooden while the buttons on the sleeve cuffs are jewels. It could be that one or the other was replaced. 2) one shoulder seam doesn't look as tight as the other. it isn't bad I just noticed it under the blacklight.
