Cupcakes and Cashmere cropped, striped tank blouse. Perfect condition super flowy, just needs to be ironed. Measurements: bust across armpit to armpit 17”, length without the adjustable straps is about 18 1/2”, and waist is also about 18 1/2”. All without stretching the fabric, although there is some stretch to it for sure.
