80s Vintage Baby Blue Single Pocket T with Patches

This is a super cool early 80s vintage single stitch baby blue cotton front pocket t shirt that has patches on it. Both patches are blue and white with cursive lettering. One says “Phil” and the other says “Carpet Mart”. Very likely uniform shirt! Overall in fair vintage condition - a few small marks. Tag is faded - looks like it could be a screen stars tag.
