daisyj0707 @jess61607 Hi! So sorry I missed your message yesterday! So I just checked and the waistband itself is not stretchy. The material in the rest of the pants does have some stretch to it. I added a video to show the level of give. The material tag says they are made of 80% cotton, 17% rayon, & 3% spandex. So the actual waistband is rigid without any give while the rest of the pants are somewhat stretchy so it depends what part of the pants you want to be stretchy!
