This dress is the perfect staple for any wardrobe and can be worn on or slightly off the shoulders. I believe this dress runs small. Size Large Measurements:* Bust 16” Waist 14” (not stretched); 16-16.5” (stretched) Length 42” (shoulder to bottom hem) *Please note: This dress was hard to lay flat and measure approximately. I always try my best when measuring but this dress was a hard one. It runs small. I am a 8/10 and it doesn’t fit me.
