16” long and waist stretches from 24”-42”, unlined, polyester tulle skirt/tutu in black. When the lights are off, it has silver metallic stars and dots randomly placed throughout. There’s a battery pack at the waist in between layers of tulle to turn the multi-color LED lights on or off. Two 2032 coin batteries provide 6-8 hours of light. Fun for Halloween, winter holidays/night time fun runs, or roller derby. I even wore this to an 80s themed party. Unlined, so I layered over a bikini bottom and sometimes tights.
