Gorgeous dead stock Design Institute of America DIA Leather is mint! No signs of use. Brass has light marks here and there see pictures.. They sat in a home unused for 40 years. They swivel and have foot rest with original clear plaster protector over brass. Seats are so comfortable with ample space. Aesthetic includes; Hollywood regency, MCM, minimalist, coastal, boho. They can blend in nicely with many styles. These are not height adjustable & are for a counter height space. I believe seats are 25 high.
