I contacted the supplier and artist that created it from a lovely local farmers market near me, specializing in these and this type of dye and the material is super soft flowy and stretchy , it’s a lightweight and said it was nylon cotton blend , there are slits on the side, I’m 5’6 and it hits mid calf, thanks!
