Italian vintage sweater in a wool-mohair blend is oversized: 28” pit to pit 22” shoulder to hem cuff to cuff is 60” waist is 22” across Sized a medium, this "Mogar" item looks great with skinny or straight leg trousers or similarly proportioned skirts for an elegant and chic silhouette Thick, deep swirling pile combines a soft sage green wool and brown threads for texture and interest and also tremendous warmth! There is a little bit on one hem that's come apart, but the density of the pile resembles sheepskin so much that it has not made much progress against the knit itself Price reflects this minor condition issue

babzygConfirming flat measurements I also added a photo of the hem that has some damage — this is on the left rear next to the side seam. Thanks for asking. 🌻

tweekcraigHi so a part of the hem is loose/disconnected?

babzyg@tweekcraig I moved the close up photo to the last spot in the listing. It’s as if some of the wool started to unravel in one spot. But the other wool is so tightly knit that the area has never gotten larger. I thrifted this sweater in the 80s and have worn it since without it getting worse … you might be able to add wool back in but since it’s a pretty chunky, wooly sweater, i don’t think it shows up when wearing in a bad way.

babzygI can try to post another photo … hard to explain in words alone! You can zoom in on the other shots to see how it blends in. Thanks for asking & let me know if you have other questions about the item!

tweekcraig@babzyg Wow, what a quality sweater to have had it that long and be in the good looking condition that it’s in. Is it really time to let it go? Haha That aside, I kind of get what you’re saying, but I think an additional photo would help. Btw, are those flat measurements?
