Hi! Just want to confirm the size. This is a 16? The tag says size 'S'. Which line should I reference on the size chart?

@sweetdreamsbabe City Chic is a plus size brand that considers 16 a small. I just replaced the bad size chart image with a better one, you’ll be able to see the measurements that way. Sorry about that!
