Coldwater creek boho style handkerchief like hem skirt. In multi colored greens, inky blue, and white. Has sort of an open weave but fully lined. Side zip at waist and elastic back. Really pretty and easy to wear but my daughter decided she was over it. Size medium.

Can you give the waist measurement?

Flat measurement is 15 1/4” but there is some stretch and fully stretched is 17” across. The length is 33” to 38”. Let me know if you have any other questions.
