This was my first jewellery purchase on Poshmark and I was very trusting and naive. I thought if I’m honest, everyone else must be honest.
I purchased a ring from this seller and she said it was a natural emerald, unfortunately she’s LIED ABOUT IT. I I reposh this ring and someone purchased it. Fortunately this buyer was much smarter than me and she checked the emerald and it turned out that the stone is NOT REAL EMERALD. When I confronted her- (the person who sold me the ring) she said that I changed the stone ( I guess she must do this a lot if she suggested it) The stone looks exactly like in her pictures. She doesn’t care. Another thing she sold me was silver necklace, I checked the necklace and again, it wasn’t silver but it was too late to return it. She offered me partial refund but I said she doesn’t have to because I was glad that she sold me an emerald ring earlier for a good price ( at that time, I still didn’t know the emerald is fake).
PLEASE: always check your jewelry, doesn’t matter where you purchased it. I learned my lesson. This person who sold me the ring, blocked me and she doesn’t care. I will go to the police and report that, because I don’t think I’m the only one who was scammed by her.

@sunflower8722 Thank you 😊 It was my first jewellery purchase from this seller and I don’t recommend buying from her.
Unfortunately there are many scammers on Poshmark, specially when it comes to designers items. If you check my closet, you will find a Chanel boots that I purchased thinking they were authentic, only to find out they were fake. Fortunately I won the battle with the scammer and I returned the counterfeit boots and got my money back.

@sunflower8722 I learned my lesson the hard way and this ring was the last straw. Before I trusted everyone, now I don’t trust anyone and I check everything, even items with receipts.

@matinee3791 yeah I sold a pandora bead this past summer and the lady who bought it told me it was fake and threatened to come to my house demanding her money back.
She even took a screenshot of my house. 🤪🤪
I told her to return them to me and she would get a full refund. It’s bizarre this shit happens. I bought everything from Pandora but even some say they can be fake. I had to message you and say something. I hope you can get what you paid for it!!!

@sunflower8722 Thank you for your message. I paid $500 for this ring and trying to sell it for $250. I made this post specifically to let people know about the seller. Again, thank you and all the best with your sales!!!
