@bethany_ann74 hello. I’m sorry I don’t have anything to measure exact and I’m not finding too much detail when I look it up since they’re now sold out on their website. I can say that I’m a 24 waist and they were loose on me. The elastic is also giving. Everything I’m reading says to size down since they tend to run big which I definitely needed an xsmall. Hope this helps. Sorry
