Young Fabulous & Broke shrug in 100% cotton.

This woman’s beautiful shrug can be a tie front if you want to tie it…..or let the ends hand. Top & collar turning into light blue to navy a it goes down to hem. Very pretty but sheer so would not be really warm, but more for looks & To just knock off a slight chill. Very thin & very attractive!
