INC Oversized Blazer Cerulean Blue - SIZE Medium

This light weight blazer, has rouched 3/4 length sleeves. Very little wear and tear on the blazer other than the back hem of the garment. (see photo). Perfect for work, brunch or a night out. The blazer is meant to be oversized and comes to mid hip (I am 5'8"). There is a metal clasp in the middle to connect the blazer or you can wear it open. The color is bright and pops.
