Halter silk dress

This silk beauty has only been worn once. Needs to be dry cleaned. There are minor piling on side from my purse rubbing on it, but not noticeable with the layers of ruffles.Beautiful teal color with ruffles and tie around neck halter style. I had it altered from the original size and the measurements of waist and hips are in pictures. Best fits a 12/14. Will send the necklace to match as shown in picture
