Is this a knit dress? Would it be comparable to a size 4? What is length, bust, waist and hip measurement? Thank you

@molly1023 Hi Molly! It would fit a size 4 beautifully! It's a stretchy knit and form fitting. It would measure 35/27/37 fully stretched. It measures 36" in length, but I am 5'5 and it hit under my knees when it was on.
