allie427@sunflower_ann hi there :) sorry about that! I mean, some of the leather pieces are darker and some are lighter on the bag. Do you have one that is all the same color? (The one you are holding seems to all be the same color leather). The photos with the bag by itself show a newer leather color and leather with patina in other parts. I hope this makes sense :)
