jugendstil95 @dyannaeve , Hi, thanks for asking about this. Cloisonne is an art form. Came to a height of popularity for mid-century home décor. Starts out usually with copper bass. A metal wire is strung through, in a floral design.Different colored enamels fill in the recessed areas. The Japanese ones were most artistic. I have two in my closet, they are very beautiful.
