Even though the tag says a size 4, the waist line on these pants are only 24 inches with minimal stretch and they are 40.5 inches long this Would better size 2

@pistol2019 this item runs small even though it says it’s a size 4 the waist only measures 24 inches total with minimal stretch. Part of the reason why I never wore these cause they were too tight and they are 40.5 inches long.
