Preowned, but only used for light travel. Comes with wet/dry pouch, changing pad, and pacifier pouch. Does not include teether toy. Very light wear, no stains. Nylon and polyurethane (faux leather) exterior and lining. So many pockets inside including insulated bottle pockets and a very large pocket that wraps around the exterior of the bag.
