Vintage plaid skirt

Unsure of the decade, looks to be from the 60s or 70s. Tag is “College Town”. 22 inch waist and almost 26 inches long. The plaid is a cream base with blue, tan, and green with bits of other colors speckled. It is a thicker material and would be cute with some boots and a turtleneck for the fall.
