70s Vintage Dollyrockers Victorian Revival Maxi Dress

This is a gorgeous 1970s Victorian revival dress made by dollyrockers. Long sleeved with a high neckline and floor length, the dress is made of a cotton blend fabric that’s covered in horizontal stripes that look like ribbons of greens, whites, and purples. The dress is belted at the waist with a purple velvet ribbon that has a circular rhinestone buckle. The dress has frilly lace along the bust, and frilly lace along the high neckline. The shoulders are slightly puffed and there is a slight bishop sleeve with buttons that close at the wrist. The wrists also have lace detailing. Very whimsical! Overall in good vintage condition - some yellowing and spilt seams under one armpit as seen in pics. Marked a size 12 - see measurements in photos for best fit. Approx a small. Very love which vibes!
