Vintage 90's Y2K embroidered sparkle feather midi dress ~ tunic

Spectacular vintage midi dress ~ tunic from the late 1990's - early 2000's. Gentle tulle style fabric is embroidered with sequins and feathery textures to form an art Deco style floral design. Gray ~ black ombre in background, creamy and metallic silver accents. Hem is slit at sides, with fringey trim. Princess sleeves. Small hole in back, can attempt to repair upon purchase, see pictures.
