if I’m reading the marking correctly, this belt buckle is vintage from 1992. It’s sterling silver by Kieselstein Cord, arguably the most prestigious brand for belt buckles. it measures 2 1/2” x 2 1/4”. preowned and in need of a good polish, it is in good condition, ready for a new owner. It accepts a 1 1/4 inch belt.
