Black Maxi Dress

Black maxi dress from Target. Both front and back have a v-neckline. Seam with elastic at the waistline, and also has a belt that can tie around the waist. Had loops for the belt, but they both broke so cut them off. Can still tie the belt around nice without the loops and didn't look any different, or can wear without it! Material is nice and comfortable, can collect lint easier than other materials. Worn but still in good condition.
