These are so cute! I got them for a Super Hero costume and never used them, They are as new, never worn. They are marked Size 8 but the brand runs small so I would consider these a size 7 or 7.5 at most. They are a snug fit for a slender leg as per measurements. Do not expect them to expand. The zipper is from Instep to top of shaft = 15" Around top of shaft = 15" at widest part. Calf area = 12" around Ankle area = 9 3/4" 3" Heel height. They are quite firm material, NO GIVE, NOT STRETCHY AT ALL and will stay in place and not slip down into wrinkles. They are lined with a thin soft fabric with a 1" faux leather band on the inside top for firmness. Ellie Shoes is a family owned and operated company.
