Fully lined. Slightly poofy sleeves, ruffled edges along the bottom, partial wrap skirt that ties in the front. Fully functional zipper. Has an inner lining as well. Super good quality and great fabric. No signs of wear. Great spring dress! The color is lighter than on the model in the photos. Sage/mint green color.
