Features ID holder and three card holders, when you flip that over, you will then have three cardholders on the left, and the right, for a total of nine, and then the back pocket is for the billfold slot. The zipper and the buckle work fine, the coin pouch itself has no major damages but is a little bit more dirty and has some peeling around the top. With flaws as shown in the photos, including some tarnish on the front gold hardware, so a significant amount in the middle of the triangle has worn off and appears more silver than gold, as well as the buckle latch itself. The front bottom right has a tear in the leather, there is a little bit of clouding on the clear ID protector, a loose thread at the top middle and some general discoloration due to the age.
