Made in India. Very soft and warm. Feels like pashmina. Tag says acrylic. Put to pit measurement is 24 1/2 or about 49 inches around. Waist is 24 inches across while flat or 48 inches around. It does not zip all the way down. It has pockets in front. It goes over your head, like a hooded sweatshirt. Great pattern. The hips are 24 inches across or 48 inches around. The length is 25 inches.
