CHANEL Black Lambskin Leather Adjustable CC Belt w/ Goldtone Medallion Buckle

Beautiful vintage Chanel lambskin leather belt. Gold-toned medallion CC buckle is shiny, bright, and fairly heavy duty. It can be removed and placed onto another belt if desired. The belt itself doesn’t have any holes. Instead, it has two metal tabs built into the underside of the buckle that are used to clamp onto the leather part of the belt. The first metal tab holds the buckle onto the belt which is how/why it is able to be removed and used with another belt if desired. The second metal tab is used when wearing the belt, to clamp the extra length of the belt to itself. Although the belt is marked as a size 85/34, I would say it runs very small in comparison to belts from other designers that are marked as the same size. For example, I have a Gucci belt that is also an 85/34 that I often wear with jeans, and I always have excess length that I can fold under the end of the belt under itself. However with this Chanel belt, it’s almost even too small to wear with jeans. I’d say it fits more like a 75/30. The leather part of the belt is thick and very soft. Belt width is approximately 1.5”. The buckle is approximately 2.25” in diameter. Any questions?
