Y2K Formal slip periwinkle dress

Small tail at bottom back of dress. Worn 1 time. Very minor staining on the tail. Not noticeable and hard to see if you are looking for it. Spaghetti straps but on hooks so can make the dress strapless. Tag says size 9/10 but was altered and would guess it's closer to a size 4 or 6 now. Armpit to armpit 13.5" From top of dress (not straps) to bottom hem 50" Formal dress.
