What is the condition of these shoes?

I’m a bit confused on the sizing. The tongue says the size is 40.5, which when converting from EU to US, converts to a 10.5. However, they’re listed as a size 9. Can you please clarify?

@end1028 Def confusing. I reposhed these. Didn’t wear them as much as I thought I would. I wear a size 9 though and that’s what they were listed as when buying them off here.
