🚨ATTENTION PM BUYERS 🚨 In accordance with SB 478 / SB 1524 (the ‘Honest Pricing Law’ CA put into effect July 1st, 2024), all buyer’s fees on purchases made on Poshmark by California residents during the temporary fee structure change implemented by Poshmark 10/03/24 - 10/23/24 must be refunded! Poshmark is not in compliance with this law and must be held accountable, by us as the PM community as well as the California Attorney General. Poshmark’s flagrant disregard for your rights as a CA resident are unacceptable and illegal. Please write to Poshmark support demanding an immediate refund of any and all illegal buyer’s fees charged, in accordance with SB 478 & SB 1524. We will not be taken advantage of at the whim of this corporation and you are legally entitled to immediate reimbursement! This is also in progress on a federal level, having passed the vote by the House of Representatives and currently under review by the Senate. It is imperative that EVERY posher, regardless of residency, contact PM and your state Attorney General so they are aware that the rights of their constituents have been violated. Together we can create change!!!
