hi there, is it possible to tell if the threads that are pulling are from the seam? Im only asking bc if it's starting a hole, i could at least sew it on the seam....sorry and could you tell me the length from collar to hem?

@suicideblonde77 the collar to hem is 23.5 inches. I added a picture to show the measurements and a better close up of the pulling- it’s only around the tag. I believe if you are to cut it, you wouldn’t even know! Make me an offer & I can get it out by tomorrow! ❤️
