Vintage Handmade Mid 1900's Crinoline lined gingham skirt Jr 23 in waist - XS

Beautiful handmade black and white gingham lace-trimmed Jr 23 inch waist - Size XS or could fit girls size or small women's size as long as the waist fits. The length of the skirt is 24 inches from the top of the waistband. This appears to be from the mid 1900's, perhaps 1940's to 1950's. It is a nice black and white gingham cotton with beautiful lace trim. The crinoline underneath gives it a little extra flair. So beautifully hand sewn with such beautiful trim. This certainly is a unique piece. I did not take the hip measurement since it is fairly unlimited with the fullness of the skirt. Three large buttons adorn the front to add to the trim and a short zipper with button closing is on the left side as shown.
