ognatty Hi Michelle, good afternoon. My deepest apologies. I forgot about your show last week. It was a bit difficult for me. Also I didn’t realize that my order with you did not go through. I didn’t receive a message from you and I’m like OK what’s happening so I just went and checked and realized that it didn’t go through. I did not activate the new card that I had on the system that I just put in. So my apologies if this caused any inconvenience but it was just strange.
