Vintage Fred Perlberg Ball Gown. This gown is approximately 60-70 years old. It needs to be professionally and delicately cleaned, the lace part is yellowing and has a few stains. I am unsure if it’s been altered but it does not have any type of underskirt and no size tag has been found, please refer to the pictures and the measurements.
