@juniperosa hi, I would say the bust is accurate to the size chart. My bust is about 41" and it fits,could probably be a little bit bigger but after that it would gape. Length from shoulder seem to bottom is 29.75". hips are pretty, I am going to do a measurement where like I think it should be worn but you could either wear it tighter or looser depending on how you style it. hips are around 21" flat.bottom of blazer does have a v cut on sides to allow for more flexibility. will include a pic
