Liza Luxe Tropical Flutter Sleeve Dress

Liza Luxe tropical flutter sleeve dress was bought on Modcloth many years ago. In great condition and no flaws, and worn once. Beautiful dress that is fitted at the waist and flares out into a flowy skirt. Flutter sleeves add a nice touch to the tropical print. Clasp at the chest is strong and in good condition. I had no problems with the fabric bunching. Extremely flattering dress and hope someone else will enjoy it. Waist measurement about 14 inches flat. Length of dress from about shoulder to bottom hem is about 36.5 to 37 inches.
