Incredible NWT deadstock vintage maxi dress by Piano Piano Dolce Carlotta. Sleeveless, tiered, drop waist with lace ruffle accent. The bodice has a fine ribbed texture, and it’s lined in satin. The skirt portion is layered/tiered chiffon, unlined. Side zip closure. Double shoulder straps, one of which crosses in the back. This is such an elegant vintage piece, never worn and in perfect condition. Made in Italy. Italian size 48, which is comparable to a size 12.
