modage7 @paulinelouise shoulder is a bit hard to measure. there's no seam at the top shoulder and that area is also shirred/stretchy and can accommodate a range of sizes. stretchy area ranges from 14-18" across the shoulders. I typically wear 17" or 18" across the shoulders and it fits me well. arms are also puffy (not fitted)
