Adorable tank dress from Matilda Jane's 2011 House of Clouds collection. Bodice is white with lime green polka dots and ruffles bib with buttons. Skirt is made of mixed floral prints in shades of green, blue and purple. Only flaw is pink spot on back of tank. See pictures for details.
