White bib collar with eyelet lace with pink ribbon going through it. Pink bows attached with mini gold safety pins. Attached white apron that goes all the way around the dress. Eyelet floral embroidered lace with pink ribbon that matches bibbed collar. Back buttons. No stains, holes, minor fraying on ends of ribbon bows. Elastic on sleeves is loose but still has give and is not crumbly. Tag is loose. Measurements in pictures. Size 3T . Please check measurements vintage sizes vary.
