Gorgeous Portia & Scarlett designer dress for prom/winter formal/pageant, Size 0. Only worn once! Hot pink with crystals. Big strap can be worn up or off the shoulder as seen in pictures. There is a 2 inch defect on the back of thin strap where the crystals came off. Can be easily fixed or left as is. There is also one crystal that is very lose , but can’t be seen cause it’s under the sash. Price reflects defects. Gorgeous dress! Great value compared to price paid. Sold as is, no returns.
