Vintage 80s Stephen Yearich Sequin and Beaded Dress Size S/M

Dress is gorgeous but has discoloration throughout. Covered with blue beading and has silver sequin detailing. Dress comes with blue beaded belt, two clip on brooches, and a black box (box is falling apart). Dress has large shoulder pads and zips in back with back cutout. Measurements are as follows laying flat: Bust 17, waist 13, hips 19.
